What is Gentle Vinyasa?
Gentle Vinyasa Yoga at Kaizen Centre Birmingham is a modern slower paced style of Vinyasa class. In this style of yoga you will flow from one pose directly into the next, a seamless flow of movement that encourages you to relax, engage with your entire body and bring focus and intention to your breathing.
Vinyasa flow is an excellent practice for our bodies. It helps in building a strong posture, encourages our mobility and develops our movement pathways, all whilst deepening a healthy connection with our body and mind.
