Be awesome.
UNIQUE, VERY COOL AND TOTALLY FOCUSED ON THE PRINCIPLES OF BEING MORE AWESOME EVERY DAY.
The Kaizen Centre in Birmingham is the evolution of one of the city’s martial arts centres, combined with strength & conditioning facility and a training space that brings martial arts like Aikido Te, Karate and Aikijutsu together with high performance Yoga, personal coaching and training, MetCon Fitness sessions and an Elite Injury Clinic, all to take you to the next level.
So we’ve evolved and we’re pushing for a revolution in attitudes towards fitness, lifestyle, martial arts and personal development. We make no apologies for being a bit different and being up for working hard and pushing our limits.

I am truly excited about the next phase of the Kaizen Centre evolution. We’ve moved into a great space in Birmingham’s buzzing Jewellery Quarter and have transformed a tired and outdated retail space into a very cool, well equipped training centre. I repeat, we are not a gym, we’re a coaching environment.
Martial Arts was the bedrock of the centre, well over a decade ago and through a rising demand for high quality performance development training, we have grown into a multi platform martial arts, fitness, lifestyle and performance centre.
We are now able to bring international Yoga teachers and Strength & Conditioning coaches to the team and you’ll see some pretty amazing developments over the next couple of years as the Kaizen Centre offering continues to expand.
Elite Injury Solutions and Dance Clinic are extensions to the Kaizen Centre and operate both from the treatment room and performance suite at the centre and from the Dance Clinic a short distance away. Providing repair and rehabilitation strategies to athletes from all disciplines fulfils the focus on progression and development.
Sure, it sounds full of science and strategy. It is, we take what we do very seriously. But it’s also pretty nuts, lots of fun and we have clients that have been training with us for over 10 years. And true to the spirit of Kaizen, they just keep getting better!
